Our History
The Theta Gamma chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity has been the premier Greek organization on campus since it was founded on February 21st, 1996. Our fraternity is rich in tradition and has a history of excellence in academics, activities, and campus leadership. The Sigma Pi experience is a complete one, providing a solid base for a successful college career, social development, and a professional beginning. Through the Interfraternity Council, we participate in many activities, such as Greek Week and intramural sports. We also host socials, theme parties, and philanthropy events throughout the year. We are proud to focus on personal character development through leadership, scholarship, community service, and a positive social experience. Our members are a select group of individuals chosen from a wide assemblage of distinguished men. With this unique group, our chapter has won three Homer Awards in five years, proving the excellence of our fraternity on campus. Even though we have different personal characteristics, our fraternity shares a unique brotherhood of young men aspiring to lead lives of excellence.
